Introduction

Welcome to the Video Connection Facilitators’ Guide! This was created for anyone running connection events over Zoom, although much of the information can be used for general Zoom events or general connection events. Since it’s written during the Great Quarantine of 2020, we’re all on video here.

The Connective Power of Zoom

There’s a common mis-conception that connection events held over video are less powerful than those held in person. Having led Authentic Relating Games and Circling on the COnnect platform for the last 4 years with hundreds of participants, I can definitively refute that idea.
